5. Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • Immediate removal of access to the program or services

  • Continued responsibility for any remaining payments

  • Further collection actions if necessary

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing any product or service, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or credit card provider.

If you have concerns, you agree to contact us directly to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback after receiving access to the program or services will be considered a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to:

  • Revoke access immediately

  • Pursue recovery of funds

  • Provide proof of purchase, agreement to Terms, and access history to the financial institution

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Coaching Only)

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

8. Confidentiality

Information shared in coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

9. No Guarantees

Results vary by individual. VIDA – The Wealth Club does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, income increases, or debt reduction.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources are the property of VIDA – The Wealth Club. They may not be copied, shared, sold, or distributed without written permission.

11. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own financial decisions, actions, and results. You agree to hold harmless VIDA – The Wealth Club and Adriana Martinez from any liability related to your financial decisions.
